14-Day Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Quality Warranty & Claims

We provide quality warranty and accept quality-based claims only for Patek Philippe and Tissot watches, where quality and finishing are specifically assured.

For all other watches, returns or refunds without a valid reason (such as damage or wrong item) are not applicable.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong watch, you can request a refund or exchange. In such cases, we will cover all return and delivery charges.

Delivery Charges

  • Customers are responsible for delivery charges in exchange cases, except when the product is damaged or incorrect

Refund Processing Time

Once your request is approved, refunds or exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days.
